Anna
Portland based Anna Alexander has several years experience as a gythia in the Norse Tradition. A Journalism graduate, she is best known in Pagan circles for her interviews with notable pagan authors, including the first professional interview by Shewolf Silver Shadows. Her on-line Pagan credentials are numerous, though foremost would be her work as moderator of Witchgrove and the expertise which she lends to Positive Paganism, in their mission to ensure fair, informed and, if appropriate, positive media portrayal of her community.
Cheetacry
Cheetacry is 32 years young. She is Native American and Irish, and has been married now for 5 years to a very wonderful man. She mother of 3 wonderful boys ages 14, 8, & 7. Life is really fun around there
home as they are home-schooling their youngest son.
She loves animals. As this is being written she is helping her sister bottle-feed 9 puppies that were born today. This is momma dog's first litter and to many for her to handle at once. They are so cute. Her house is like a zoo actually. There is Crystal (brindle pit), Okwaho (timberwolf), Sasha (pug), another puppy (haven't really named her yet), Sabre (cat), Peanut (Cockatiel), Toby (a goat), Teddy Hamper (hamster). So yes, she must really love animals.
Spirituality is another love of hers. She does not follow one set thing in life. In her life there is Native American and the Craft. She loves to read just about anything. She loves talking to and meeting other's that are like her in beliefs. She believes in herself. Her one motto that she follows daily is if she can not believe in herself then who is she and what is she ???? She loves nature and anything to do with it. Walking next to a stream or on the beach is a natural relaxation for her. She believes that everyone should get along no matter what religion or race they are.

Dwareniel Moone
Dwareniel Moonelocal is considered to be one of the wonderful local bards and fellow writer of WOTWW. She walks the path of the solitary, always seeking and always learning, but considers herself to be a bit of a kitchen witch as well. She presently reside in the beautiful blue hills of Tennessee and is a self proclaimed hillbilly, but she shuns the redneck tag, lol.
She has passed from the maiden to the mother aspect. And has deemed to leave the age issue at that, hehe! She has been with her beloved for almost 9 years and they share a son, 2 yrs., the joy of there lives. She has written poetry since childhood, and has alwasy felt passionate of poetry. Since finding her path, her experiences have enriched her life as well as the beautiful magic of her poetry, which she truly hopes that enjoy.
Her wish is that after reading our newletter you will come away with a little more knowledge than you had before and the inspiration to be the best person you can be!
Isault Aurora
Isault Aurora is from the Pacific Northwest where she lives with her three cats, Lachlan, Jaguar and Draconis and spends as much time with her partner
when he is home from duty with the US Army. She is an avid musician and has studied music for 16 years. She loves the out doors including Camping, Fishing and hiking. Over the years Isault has walked many paths, including Mormon(Christian), Wiccan and Taoist. She has followed pagan paths in one form or another for 6 years. She has studied religion and world views for going on 8 years. Isault spends much of her time helping others find their own path. She is a very skilled with energy workings and personal cleansing. She also has a great deal of knowledge in the area of Love Magick. Isault personally feels that love is a large part of finding your own way. She is known by many as a guide, helping those who need find their own balance. Isault is also starting her own endeavor into the world of published works. She is very adamant about religious tolerance and thinks that all people should have a basic knowledge of other religions whether they agree with it or not. Isault is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resource/Business Management.
Ivy
Ivy currently resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is 23 years old and was raised in the craft by her mother Marie. She is currently working full time and going to college full time for her Bachelors degree.
She has one fur-baby feline named Mona who is her pride and joy.
Ivy enjoys music and has sung opera and classical music since she was 10 years old. She belly dance's is a member of the SCA.
Ivy is a healer and a clairvoyant. She is into cultivating and using herbs, using runes, tarot cards and pendulums. She is a seeker of knowledge and wisdom. She is of kind heart and nature.
Ivy is a member of many online pagan/witch related groups and is active in her own community.
She is currently a collared submissive and is diligent in her stance for sexual freedom, religious freedom, and the right to equality
Persephone
Persephone is from Eastern, Kentucky born and bred. She has always had a fascination for all things eclectic and she is never one to follow the norm, especially when it comes to serious things like religion and her soul-searching. She lives in the City of Ashland and she is quite a busy lady, she baby-sits two and a half days a week with her sweet, adorable, precious and lovable lil' baby niece Brooke Leigh as well as being an avid learner, she is currently studying Web Page design and is now embarking on Networking, as you can see, she is a real big computer geek. She has been a practicing Witch for coming up one whole year now; she is studying various classes on this as well and enjoys making Ritual bath salts and Herbal bath sachets for herself and friends/family. With her newness to the Pagan path and her earnest desire to learn via research and compiled data Persephone will add a fresh perspective to the amazing staff of Whispers of the Witch Within Newsletter.
Sarrah
Sarrah is a 33-year-old woman born and raised in New Jersey, USA and works as a medical Social Worker in the hospital setting. Sarrah lives with her newlywed husband, three fur-babies, and has three stepchildren who she loves as if they were her own. Sarrah is also pregnant with her first child, due on July 12, 2004.
Sarrah began studying the craft about 10 months ago when she finally could not deny the calling any longer. Raised in a Protestant home and recently married to a Christian man, answering the call was a hard decision to make, but since it was made, she has found her way home - her real home.
Sarrah is currently studying the Old Ways and Wicca. Continuously reading and researching information on different traditions and paths, Sarrah is on a quest for knowledge to help her understand many of the things going on inside her. Some of Sarrah's other interests are tarot, runes, herbs, candle magick, and learning all that she can about different Gods and Goddesses.
To all her fellow newbies Sarrah says, "Why don't you come and join me in my journey as we learn from one another about this wonderful new path that the Goddess has chosen to show us!"
ShadowWolf (Bobi)
ShadowWolf aka Bobi is a 42 year old mother & grandmother. Living in Connecticut with her 2nd husband, two of her three daughters, her grandson & 8 furbabies, she is lifelong artist and designer. Raised Catholic but knew at 15 that she just didn’t fit in that mold. Luckily enough her mom being very spiritual, never told her that the gifts & psychic abilities that she was born with were wrong or evil as that church said. After many years of bouncing from church to church & religion to religion, Bobi just decided to sit back & let nature take its course. And the path led her to the old ways. Much of that prompted by her search of her family history, Celtic & Native American (Iroquois) on her fathers side & Italian (Strega) & Polish (a little gypsy blood there) from her mom’s side of the family.
She is now simply a Witch. Her oldest daughter is dedicated Wiccan & the two younger daughters are just beginning their walk. Her grandson will be raised with the ways of the witch & he’s just a natural and the light of Bobi’s life. Bobi is also an ordained Minister and High Priestess, without a coven of her own. Even though there are those who would ay that with all the young folks that come to her she does have a coven, though not in the traditional sense of the word. Bobi does belong to a local coven & goes to a Pagan Spiritualist ‘Church’ called The Church of Eternal Light. She is more comfortable allowing the Divine to work through her & believes that it is the intent of the spell or conjuring or thought that makes the difference not the ceremony. Though ceremony is wonderful, it isn’t necessary to make things work. So simply put ShadowWolf is a natural Witch and a loving, caring & giving Mom to all who come her way.
Shewolf Silver Shadows(Cathy)
Shewolf Silver Shadows is a Practitioner of Witchcraft. She has studied and practiced both Witchcraft and the Religion of Wicca in one form or another for well over twenty years now. She has practiced Christianity for several years and has also studied Native American Religions. She believes in Religious freedom and tolerance.
Shewolf Silver Shadows (Cathy) is from a small town in upstate South Carolina in the United States. She has an Associate of Arts Degree, and is a business owner, and a preschool teachers assistant, but is first and foremost a mother, a very proective mother! To Shewolf Silver Shadows nothing is more important then her child and her family. Nothing.
She is the author of the book 'Shadows of a Witch, for the Witch that Seeks Balance and Truth', as well as the founder of Pagans for Peace and Tolerance Alliance, and this very newsletter. She is also a teacher of Solitary Eclectic Witchcraft, but claims that she is forever a student as well. She is fairly proficent in Past Life Readings/Viewings and is considered to be a Spiritual Counselor.
She is known as Shewolf Silver Shadows but also as either simply Shewolf, Shadows or Cathy.
Summer
Summer is a practicing Solitary Eclectic Witch. Called as a child she turned away for 30 plus years until this past Spring when the call of the Goddess would not be ignored. And has found peace and meaning she did not know existed.
She has practiced Christianity but has always found great beauty in all religions. With an Associates Degree in Business she has spent many years in the business world.
She resides in the South with her husband and fur babies. Her sons are grown. She enjoys reading, sewing, jewelry making, and painting. She has been interested in herbs and herb lore for more than ten years.
TranquilStar SnowCat
TranquilStar SnowCat resides in New England with her new husband and two cats, Romeo and Thutmoses. Raised Catholic she realized early this was not her path, she is a practicing Witch and has followed this path in one way or another for most of her life. A constant thirst for knowledge has led TranquilStar to study various topics including: the Bible, Wicca, Ancient Egyptian as well as Greek & Roman religions,
Herbology, stones & crystals, reflexology, numerology, candles, astrology, meditation, various forms of divination, totems, auras & Chakras, angels and ascended masters, and aromatherapy to name just a few.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications and is currently studying Spiritual Counseling. TranquilStar is an eternal student of life.
Whyte Wolf
Whyte Wolf SilverDragon has been a practicing witch for over 20 years. She has studied many paths, including Christianity, Wicca, Celtic and Norse religions. She has been studying and reading the Tarot for 19 years, and also is efficient with Runes, but Candle and Crystal magic are a part of her heart. She also has studied herbal magic and various forms of divination.
She is the mother of three children, and has been married for over 16 years. Her family comes first above all else, both those members with and without
fur. She has one fur-baby, Kodi, whom she rescued from the humane society and also maintains a special relationship with several stray cats in the
neighborhood.
Nature and all its wonders are especially prominent in all that Whyte Wolf practices, the Goddess Brigid is her mentor and the Wolf is her spirit guide. Dragons, Fairies and Elves are also an important part of her spiritual being.
She is also known by Whyte Wolf and Dragon Wolf.
